Let’s Talk Injuries

We’ve teamed up with the experts from Myodetox to talk to you about common running injuries - how to prevent and treat them. Injury from any kind of training can be super painful and keep us from activity. Well, we don’t want anything keeping HER from moving! Doctors, Kurt and Kayla from Myodetox, West Hollywood, met up with Coach Bec to provide some helpful insight and movements.

A collective of videos will walk you through a few exercises that are proven to alleviate and prevent injury from running. Don’t skip out on stretching! Use some of these movements throughout your training week to enhance mobility and workout some of those pains that we often feel from strenuous training.
