6 intentionally designed trainings per week

just $20/week

Beginning on Sept 14, 2020, you will be emailed 6 trainings per week. Each training has been specifically designed to prepare you for the Malibu 13.1 or 5k. Your weekly training schedule will include:

  • 3 running sessions [speed work, tempo, long run]

  • 1 HIIT workout

  • 1 strength workout

  • 1 mobility + recovery workout

  • PLUS, you’ll have access to Coach Bec for any questions you have along the way!

At the end of this 8-week journey, you will run a half marathon OR 5km with Here We Run [HER] in Malibu, or virtually alongside the HER community wherever you live!
