HER 5 Favorite Ladder Sport Protein Smoothie Recipes

Whether you are plant based or all about the whey, we have 5 delicious smoothie recipes for you to try using your Ladder Sport protein. 

You will need a blender for these recipes and some require ice, but we’ll be sure to let you know. And, as always, blend until smooooth.

Peanut Butter and Banana

This one is for the peanut butter (and chocolate, if you are into that) lovers. It is best used as post workout fuel.

1 scoop/packet Vanilla or Chocolate Ladder Protein

1 banana

¼ cup of peanut butter

1 cup of almond milk

1 ½ cup of crushed ice

Sweeten with honey *optional*

Acai-Banana-Blueberry (Bec’s Fuel)

This delicious treat is a great way to start the day or as post workout fuel.

1 scoop/packet of Chocolate Ladder Protein

1 scoop/packet Ladder Greens

1 banana

½ cup of frozen blueberries

1 frozen acai block

1 cup of almond milk

Green Machine

1 scoop/packet Vanilla Ladder Protein

1 scoop/packet Ladder Greens

½ ripe avocado

½ cup frozen mango cubes

¼ cup frozen pineapple

1 banana

1 handful spinach

1 cup almond milk

Banana Boost

1 scoop/packet Chocolate or Vanilla Ladder Protein

1 banana

1 tablespoon chia seeds

¼ cup almonds

⅓ cup whole grain oats

2 whole dates

1 spear of coconut

Pinch of cinnamon 

1 cup almond milk

1 ½ cup crushed ice

Sweeten with honey *optional*

*add peanut butter for MAX protein*

Blueberry-Banana-Mango

1 scoop/packet Vanilla Ladder Protein

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup frozen cubed mango

½ banana

2 tablespoons almonds

1 cup almond milk

1 cup crushed ice
